A Landlord has a responsibility to their tenants to ensure the safety of any gas appliance in their property by means of a Landlord Gas Safety Inspection. It is a legal requirement to have this inspection completed every year.

We can carry out a complete inspection of the system and the appliances. After the inspection you will receive a Gas Safety Certificate and will be advised of any remedial work if needed.
