We and all boiler manufactures recommend that boilers are serviced on an annual basis to ensure safety, maintain efficiency and reduce the chances of a breakdown when you least need it.

 

Newer boilers that have extended warranties are also required to have an annual service carried out to ensure continued warranty support from the manufacturer. During the service we also check all gas pipework and appliances for any dangerous gas leaks. If your heating system has a magnetic filter, this will also be cleaned out at no extra charge.

 

An analysis of the flue gasses will be carried out if there is a sampling point, or if the end of the flue is accessable. Details of this will be in a written report.
